Children’s Day School
The Children’s Day School Phase 3 project is the final phase of the seismic upgrade of the existing 333 Dolores building. The project scope included demolition of the existing roof, new roof sheathing, structural steel, addition of a new roof and miscellaneous new finishes. The structure is a four-story Type V wood over single story Type I concrete podium and is Greenpoint Rated.
